Reproducible calculation bugs and source-policy changes are prioritized. Meaningful formula, source or policy changes update the page review date and are regression-tested before release.

What counts as a meaningful update

Changes to equations, public policy thresholds, reference tables, medical wording, privacy behavior or indexability are treated as substantive changes.
