How health measurements and tracker records are kept local-first.

Calculator values are stateless

BMI, calorie, pregnancy-date and similar calculators do not save the values you type by default. Unit and theme preferences may be remembered separately.

Tracker data stays on this device

Weight, hydration, period and pregnancy-timeline entries are saved only after an explicit Save action. They are stored in browser storage and can be exported or deleted locally. Clearing browser/site data can remove those records.

No sensitive URL sharing

Health measurements are not encoded into shareable query strings. Connected-tool links never change based on a sensitive result.

Manage local health data

Export a backup before clearing if you may want these locally saved tracker entries later. These actions operate only on this browser’s AG Health Tools database.
